How do I prep for a pro dance team?
The best ways to prepare for trying out for a professional dance team are: eating healthy, running, going to as many dance classes as possible, stretching and working out. It is most important to take care of your body during this process. Eating the right foods while you train will help keep your mind focused and healthy, as well as your body.
What are your favorite foods?
My favorite foods are halo top ice cream, sweet potatoes and peanut butter!
How often should i workout?
It honestly depends on your body. You need to be in tune with how sore you are and listen to what your body is telling you. I am a firm believer in listening to your body and giving it what it wants. I aim to workout 5x a week. If I can do more one week, I do. If my body is telling me to rest, I listen.
What skin care products do you use?
I love using IT cosmetics! I use their face wash, face cream, and eye cream. I also use coconut oil on a daily basis to keep my skin feeling hydrated and fresh.
What is your guilty pleasure?
My guilty pleasure is binge watching friends while eating chocolate covered almonds. Friends is my favorite show!
What is your dream vacation?
My dream vacation is Hawaii! I have been Maui and it was the most beautiful place I have ever been. I would love to go back and see more islands! Hawaii is the most beautiful place on earth.
