Keep it Simple!

When it comes to dieting, everyone wants to make it so complicated!  There are so many diet pills, fat burners, weight loss teas, pills, and more on the market today.  I have had multiple friends  go on juice cleanses, lose weight, and then gain it all back.  Am I surprised? No. 

Extreme dieting never works.  Eating in a way that you cannot sustain forever is never a good idea.  If you cannot live off of chicken and vegetables forever, don't try and do it for three months!  The best advice I can give you is to make it a lifestyle.  80% of the time eat chicken, salmon, rice, vegetables, fruit, and greek yogurt.  20% of the time eat pizza or frozen yogurt.  Making healthy choices that you enjoy making is the key to success. 

Maintaining a healthy weight can be easy if you let it be!  Stop yo-yo dieting and make healthy eating your lifestyle.  Below, I have included a picture of one of my go to dinners!  Salmon, a sweet potato, and carrots seasoned with cinnamon.  So easy and so satisfying.  I enjoyed this dinner and it left me feeling full and satisfied.  If you hate salmon, don't eat it!  

Find a way of eating that you enjoy and that you can maintain!
